摘　　要：目的研究自由体位助产联合分娩球运动在初产妇足月分娩中的应用价值。方法足月初产妇80例随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规助产模式,试验组采用自由体位助产联合分娩球运动,比较2组助产效果。结果试验组各产程时间均短于对照组,LAS(分娩控制量表)评分高于对照组,产后2 h出血量少于对照组,剖宫产发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组新生儿Apagar评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自由体位助产联合分娩球运动能够缩短足月初产妇的产程时间,提高分娩控制感,减少2 h出血量,降低剖宫产发生率。Objective To investigate the application value of free position midwifery combined with childbirth ball exercise in full-term delivery of primipara.Methods Eighty full-term primipara were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The primipara control group received routine midwifery mode,however,the primipara in experimental group received free position midwifery combined with childbirth ball exercise,and the midwifery effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The labor duration in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group.The scores of LAS(birth control scale)in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group.The bleeding volume at 2 hours after childbirth in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group.Moreover in the incidence rate of cesarean section(12.5%)in experimental group was significantly lower than that(42.5%)in contro group(P<0.05).However there were no significant differences in Apagar scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The free position midwifery combined with childbirth ball movement can shorten the labor time of full-term primipara,improve the sense of delivery control,reduce the bleeding volume at 2 hours after childbirth and reduce the incidence rate of cesarean section.
