摘 要:对硼酸盐熔融制样法中溶剂、样品配比和熔融过程等进行优化,可以提高SiO2、TiO2、Al2O3、TFe2O3、MnO、MgO、CaO、Na2O、K 2O和P2O5等10种氧化物的测试精度和熔融制样效率。利用岩石、土壤等标准样品,采用经验系数法进行基体校正,建立涵盖辉绿岩中10种常量元素浓度范围的标准曲线。优化后的硼酸盐熔融制样法参与了国际地质分析家协会组织的GeoPT第43期地质能力分析能力测试。经能力测试比对,SiO 2浓度偏差为0.23%,TiO 2浓度偏差为0.003%,Al2O 3浓度偏差为0.06%,TFe 2O 3浓度偏差为0.01%,MnO浓度偏差为0.002 4%,MgO浓度偏差为0,CaO浓度偏差为0.05%,Na2O浓度偏差为0.01,K2O浓度偏差为0.009 4%,P2O5浓度偏差为0.003%。本次测试结果为-0.21<Z<0.26,远优于GeoPT规定的“合格”范围:-2<Z<2。优化后的硼酸盐熔融制样法在测定辉绿岩中10种常量元素的精准度较高,达到测试预期结果。The testing accuracy and melting sample preparation efficiency of the 10 oxides,e.g.,SiO 2,TiO 2,Al 2O 3,TFe 2O 3,MnO,MgO,CaO,Na 2O,K 2O and P 2O 5 can be improved by optimizing the ratios of the solvent and samples,and the melting process in the borate melting method.After matrix correction by the empirical coefficient method,the authors established the standard concentration range curves for the 10 major elements in the diabase by using the standard rock and soil samples.The borate melting sample preparation method participated in the 43 th GeoPT inter-laboratory comparison held by the Global Geological Analyst Association.After testing,the concentration deviations of the SiO 2,TiO 2,Al 2O 3,TFe 2O 3,MnO,MgO,CaO,Na 2O,K 2O and P 2O 5 are 0.23%,0.003%,0.06%,0.01%,0.002 4%,0,0.05%,0.01%,0.009 4%,and 0.003%,respectively.The comparison result is-0.21<Z<0.26,which is far superior to the qualified range specified by GeoPT of-2<Z<2.The optimized borate melting method has a higher accuracy in the test of the 10 major elements of the diabase,and has achieved the desired results.
