摘  要:为了避免近厚松散含水层下煤层开采地下水溃入工作面,对五沟煤矿CT101工作面采用固体充填采煤技术,通过FLAC 3D数值模拟软件分析了固体充填采煤地表下沉、岩层移动、支承压力分布和覆岩破坏高度特征,在此基础上,揭示了固体充填采煤岩层变形破坏过程。研究结果表明,固体充填能大幅度减小岩层和地表的移动变形,降低工作面周围支承压力和导水裂缝带高度;固体充填采煤上覆岩层移动变形分为未充填采煤、固体充填体填入和充填采煤推进3个阶段,充填前顶板弯曲变形产生微小断裂,充填后固体充填体支撑了悬露的顶板,限制了顶板进一步断裂。最后通过现场工程实践,得出CT101工作面充填综采工作面的岩层移动控制效果良好,导水裂缝带高度仅为9.58 m,实现了厚松散含水层下煤层的安全开采。In order to prevent the groundwater from collapsing into the working face under thick and loose aquifer,the solid backfill coal mining technology was adopted for the CT101 working face of Wugou coal mine.The FLAC 3D numerical simulation software was used to analyze the surface subsidence,strata movement,abutment pressure distribution and overburden failure height under solid backfill coal mining.The processes of deformation and failure of solid backfilled coal seam were subsequently revealed.The results show that solid backfill can greatly reduce the movement deformation of rock layers and ground surface,and also reduce the abutment pressure around the working face and the height of the water-conducting fracture zone.The dynamic deformation of the overlying strata in solid backfill coal mining is divided into three stages,namely,unfilled coal mining,backfilling of solid material and backfilled coal mining.Prior to filling,the roof layer is deformed with micro-fractures occurred.After filling,the solid fill material supports the suspended roof,preventing the roof from further fracturing.Finally,field engineering practices show that the overlying strata movement of the CT101 working face is well controlled,and the water-conducting fracture zone height is only 9.58 m,which realizes the safe mining of the coal seam under the thick loose aquifer.
