摘　　要：针对国电宿迁电厂二次再热塔式锅炉特点,研究660 MW超超临界二次再热塔式锅炉的再热器调温方式。通过分析二次再热锅炉再热器温度调节的难点,优化二次再热锅炉的结构及受热面设计,同时结合宿迁工程具有宽泛抽汽供热的需求,分析供热对再热器调温的影响。参考并对比国电泰州电厂二次再热锅炉的设计,提出适合工程实际的再热器调温方式。宿迁电厂在75%THA负荷以上运行时,通过燃烧器摆动及调节烟气挡板,再热蒸汽可达到额定汽温。在50%THA^75%THA负荷运行时,辅助以烟气再循环的调温方式以保证再热汽温达到额定值。烟气再循环采用抽取锅炉省煤器后的烟气。再热器调温方案的设计为同类型的二次再热机组提供参考和借鉴。In view of the characteristics of tower type boiler in Guodian Suqian project,the reheater steam temperature regulation mode of the 660MW ultra supercritical double-reheat boiler is studied.By analyzing the difficulties of reheater temperature regulation of double-reheater boiler,the structure and heating surface design of double-reheater boiler are optimized.At the same time,considering the demand of wide range extraction and supply of steam in Suqian project,the influence of heating on reheater temperature regulation is analyzed.Referring and comparing the design of the double-reheat boiler of Guodian Taizhou Power Plant,the reheat temperature regulation mode suitable for the actual engineering is put forward.Above 75%THA load for Suqian Power Plant,by swinging the burner and adjusting the baffle,the reheated steam can reach the rated temperature.When operating at 50%THA to 75%THA load,the temperature of reheated steam is regulated by flue gas recirculation to ensure that the reheated steam temperature reaches the rated value.Flue gas recirculation uses the flue gas extracted from boiler economizer outlet.The design of the reheater temperature regulation scheme provides reference for the same type of double-reheat units.
