摘　　要：从长沙文化创意产业格局、产业结构、产业体系3个方面阐述了长沙文化创意产业发展的特色与现状,以及在我国“文化+”的时代背景下,为推动长沙文化创意产业新高地的建设阐述几点建议。This paper expounds the characteristics and current situation of the development of Changsha cultural and creative industries from the three aspects of Changsha cultural creative:industry pattern,industrial structure and industrial system.Based on the background of China's"Culture Plus",then elaborates several suggestions on promoting the construction of the new cultural and creative highlands of industries in Changsha.
