摘　　要：小区广播技术作为发布公共应急警报最有效的技术,具有受众广、发送快、区域性等特点,且不受网络拥塞的影响,可以有效解决预警信息传播"最后一公里"的瓶颈问题,在世界范围内得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍了基于小区广播的公共预警信息发布系统现状、小区广播技术优势及基本框架、国内外标准化进展。Cell Broadcast is the most effective technology of delivering public warning alerts in emergency situation.It has the characteristics of wide audience,realtime,location-specific even under congestion situation to solve the bottleneck of last mile for warning alert transmission.This paper introduces the status quo of public warning system based on cell broadcast,the advantages and main architecure of cell braodcast service,and its standardization progress worldwide.
