医院托管发展模式的研究

摘　　要：托管是公立医院实现自我发展的一种重要形式,被托管医院在不变动产权的情况下实现所有权和经营权的分离,通过学习托管医院的医疗技术和管理模式,以便在短期内实现跨越式发展。该文通过总结所在医院被托管的过程中的一些主要做法及取得的成效,为其他公立医院的改革发展提供借鉴。Custody is an important form of self-development in public hospitals.The managed hospitals realize the separation of ownership and management rights without changing the property rights.By learning the medical technology and management mode of the managed hospitals,it can be realized leaping development in a short period of time.This paper provide some reference for the reform and development of other public hospitals by summarizing some of the main practices and achievements in the process of hosting the hospital.
