荨麻疹临床路径管理在皮肤科门诊中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察皮肤科门诊中荨麻疹临床路径管理的应用效果。方法选择该院500例荨麻疹患者实施此次研究,时间为2017年4月—2018年4月,根据不同管理方式分为观察组(250例)和对照组(250例)。观察组使用荨麻疹临床路径管理,对照组使用常规诊疗管理,比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组门诊治疗时间短于对照组,医疗费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察医疗差错发生率为4.00%,对照组为8.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在皮肤科门诊中应用荨麻疹临床路径管理,可降低医疗差错发生率,缩短门诊治疗时间,降低患者医疗费用,减轻经济压力,临床应用及推广价值极高。Objective To observe the application effect of clinical path management of urticaria in dermatology clinic.Methods A total of 500 patients with urticaria in the hospital were enrolled in this study.The time was from April 2017 to April 2018.They were divided into observation group(250 cases)and control group(250 cases)according to different management methods.The observation group used the clinical route management of urticaria,and the control group used routine diagnosis and treatment management to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The outpatient treatment time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the medical expenses were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of medical errors was observed to be 4.00%,and that of the control group was 8.40%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of urticaria clinical path management in dermatology clinics can reduce the incidence of medical errors,shorten the outpatient treatment time,reduce the medical expenses of patients,reduce the economic pressure,and have high clinical application and promotion value.
