摘　　要：目的分析门诊护理管理中实施风险管理的临床价值。方法选取该院门诊2018年7月—2019年3月期间收治的388例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组194例行常规护理,实验组194例行风险管理,对比两组患者护理风险事件发生率。结果实验组出现分诊错误、跌倒、患者身份识别错误等护理风险事件发生率(4.6%)明显低于对照组(13.4%)(P<0.05)。实验组、对照组患者分别对护理服务满意189例、154例,实验组患者对护理服务满意度(97.4%)显著高于对照组(79.4%)(P<0.05)。结论门诊护理管理中实施风险管理具有较高的临床价值,可广泛推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of implementing risk management in outpatient nursing management.Methods A total of 388 patients admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.194 patients in the control group underwent routine nursing,and 194 patients in the experimental group underwent risk management.The incidence of care risk events.Results The incidence of nursing risk events(4.6%)in the experimental group,such as triage errors,falls,and patient identification errors,was significantly lower than that of the control group(13.4%)(P<0.05).The experimental group and the control group were satisfied with 189 cases and 154 cases of nursing service respectively.The satisfaction of nursing service(97.4%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk management in outpatient care management has high clinical value and can be widely applied.
