摘　　要：随着大数据与人工智能技术的兴起,深度学习方法在房价投资方面有极大发挥空间。文章设计并实现了一个智能房价分析系统,主要包括基于LSTM的“房价预测”和基于情感分析的“舆情舆论”两大模块,可较好实现房价未来趋势预测及舆情分析,为企业和投资者提供参考和指引。With the rise of big data and artificial intelligence technology,deep learning method has a great space in housing price investment.In this paper,an intelligent housing price analysis system is designed and implemented,which mainly includes two modules,"housing price prediction"based on LSTM and"public opinion"based on emotion analysis,which can better realize the future trend prediction and public opinion analysis of housing price,and provide reference and guidance for enterprises and investors.
