摘 要:随着电力改革的不断深入,电网企业的供电可靠性要求越来越高,用户的不停电时间逐步缩短。10kV线路直接与用户相连,一旦出现故障,往往影响用户的正常用电。如何快速隔离故障设备,尽快恢复用户送电,是考验电网企业管理水平的一项重要指标。文章就一起10kV线路零序CT二次回路故障导致接地变开关保护动作出现10kV 1M母线失压的案例进行分析,探讨该事件分析思路及处理方法,为10kV线路跳闸快速处理提供参考。With the deepening of power reform,the power supply reliability requirements of power grid enterprises are getting higher and higher,and the non-outage time of users is gradually shortened.The 10kV line is directly connected to the user,once the fault occurs,it often affects the normal power consumption of the user.How to isolate the fault equipment quickly and restore the power transmission as soon as possible is an important index to test the management level of power grid enterprises.This paper analyzes a case of voltage loss of 10kV 1m bus in grounding transformer switch protection caused by zero sequence CT secondary circuit fault of 10kV line,and discusses the analysis idea and treatment method of the event,so as to provide reference for the rapid treatment of 10kV line tripping.
