摘 要:建立流动注射在线分析法测定海水中氨氮的含量。于60℃的碱性条件下,海水中的氨氮与水杨酸钠和次氯酸盐在硝普钠的催化作用下反应生成蓝色化合物,在波长660 nm处检测,海水中的氨氮含量与吸光度成正比,线性相关系数为0.99997。方法的检出限为0.003 mg/L,测定下限为0.020 mg/L,测定上限为5.00 mg/L。该方法应用于天然海水的测定,添加水平在0.020~5.00 mg/L时,平均加标回收率为88.5%~104.5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.95%~9.64%。该方法具有运行成本低,操作方便,分析周期短,能够满足日常检测和海水监测的要求。An on-line flow injection method was established to detect NH4-N in seawater.The samples were tested at 60℃under alkaline conditions,and the NH4-N in seawater reacted with sodium salicylate and hypochlorite under the catalysis of sodium nitroprusside to form blue compounds.When detected at the wavelength of 660 nm,the NH4-N content in seawater was proportional to the absorbance,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.99997.The detection limit for the NH4-N in seawater is 0.003 mg/L,and the lower limit was 0.020 mg/L,the upper limit was 5.00 mg/L.Methods applied to the determination of natural seawater,and when 0.020-5.00 mg/L were added,the recovery rate was between 88.5%-104.5%,the RSD was 0.95%-9.64%.The method has the advantages of low operation cost,convenient operation and short analysis period,and can meet the requirements of daily detection and seawater monitoring.
