摘 要:针对大型制造企业不间断电源系统(UPS)过电流、短路和爆燃等事故频发现象,深入分析不间断电源系统结构和运行原理。不间断电源系统由整流器、滤波器、逆变器、交流静态开关和蓄电池组等组成,结构复杂,应用场所不一,所以USP设备在使用过程中存在的安全隐患众多。采用鱼骨图因果分析方法,对不间断电源在运行过程中常见的安全隐患进行分析。结合各个行业UPS使用和管理的国际和国内相关标准,利用辅助安全管理的UPS主要性能指标速算模型,提出了适合大型制造企业机房UPS安全管理的技术要点,为UPS安全技术管理和大数据背景下大型制造企业智能制造规划提供安全管理技术参考。另外,随着物联网和智能感知技术的发展,未来将打破传统的定时定期维护保养的管理模式,发展成为UPS动态维保的管理模式,以满足科学保障应急电力供应的要求。Aiming at the frequent occurrence of over-current,short circuit and deflagration accident of uninterruptible power supply(UPS) in large manufacturing enterprises,the structure and operational principle of UPS system are analyzed in depth.Considering that UPS system is composed of rectifiers,filters,inverters,AC static switches and batteries;with complex structure and has different application sites,there are many potential safety hazards in application of USP equipment.Therefore,fishbone diagram causality analysis method is used to analyze common safety hazards in the operation of UPS.Combined with the relevant international and domestic standards of UPS usage and management in various industries,using the quick calculation model of main performance indicators of UPS for assistant safety management,the technical key points for UPS safety management in computer rooms of large manufacturing enterprises are put forward.It provides a reference for safety management technology for technology of UPS safety management and intelligent manufacturing planning of large manufacturing enterprises under the background of big data.In addition,with the development of the internet of things and intelligent sensing technology,the traditional management mode of regular maintenance will be broken in the future,and the management mode of UPS dynamic maintenance will be developed to meet the requirement of scientific guarantee of emergency power supply.
