摘 要:转子槽形选取对电机性能影响重大。根据电机理论,借助ANSYS Maxwell软件,以刀形转子槽与平底转子槽为例,对比分析了两种转子槽形对一台11 k W感应电机性能的影响。在槽面积不变的情况下,计算了每部分损耗,研究了两种转子槽形在空载和满载情况下电机的效率、起动转矩倍数以及起动电流倍数。仿真和实验结果表明,采用转子刀型槽可有效改善电机损耗特性及起动性能。对比分析结果对不同应用场合的感应电机设计具有一定参考价值。The selection of the rotor slot geometry type is critical to the performance of induction motor.Two rotor slot geometry schemes for a 11 k W induction motor were compared based on finite element method(FEM)using ANSYS Maxwell.On the premise of basically unchanged rotor slot area,the loss characteristics,efficiency,start torque multiples and start current multiples of the motors with different rotor slot geometry under no-load and full-load conditions were analyzed.The results of the simulation and experiment showed that the efficiency and the starting performance of the motor can be improved effectively by using knife type rotor slot geometry.The analysis has certain reference value on the design of induction motor in different applications.
