摘  要:提出一种基于离心运动的新型漏磁式机械调磁外转子永磁同步电机,利用ANSYS Maxwell软件,对电机的调磁效果进行有限元分析,获得了电机在不同弱磁程度下的参数,并对电机损耗进行分析。结果表明,借助漏磁式机械调磁装置,能有效地调节外转子永磁同步电机的气隙磁场,弱磁效果较好;在弱磁工作状态下,电机的损耗有所降低,从而可提高电机的平均效率。A new type of magnetic flux leakage permanent magnet synchronous motor with mechanical device based on centrifugal movement was proposed. By using ANSYS Maxwell software,the effect of magnetic flux regulation was analyzed by finite element method,the motor parameters under different weak magnetic were obtained,and the loss of the motor was analyzed. The results show that the outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous with a mechanical device can effectively adjust motor air-gap magnetic field,and it has better performance of flux weakening. Under the effect of flux weakening,the loss of the motor was reduced,which can improve the average efficiency of the motor.
