摘 要:机车牵引变流器和电机的组合试验中,电机的冷热态转矩特性是调试的难点和重点。基于转子磁链定向的间接矢量控制理论,分析了电机牵引/制动工况下电机冷热态转矩输出变化的原因,提出了全速度范围内补偿转差频率的方法。经过试验验证,该方法能够减小牵引电机冷热态输出转矩的偏差,有效提高牵引系统的控制性能。The cold and hot torque characteristics of motor are the difficulty and focus of debugging in the test of the locomotive traction converter and the motor. Based on the indirect vector control theory of rotor flux linkage orientation,the causes of the torque output change of the cold and hot motor under the traction/braking condition of the motor were analyzed,and a method to compensate the flux linkage angle in the full speed range was proposed. The test results proves that the method can reduce the deviation of the cold and hot output torque of traction motor,and improve the control performance of the traction system effectively.
