摘  要:针对环氧沥青钢桥面铺装层裂缝类病害,采用现场调研结合凝胶渗透色谱分析的方式,从宏观和微观角度分析了坝陵河大桥环氧沥青钢桥面铺装层开裂机理,并对环氧沥青钢桥面铺装层施工及养护维修提出了相关建议。结果表明:钢桥面铺装结构中环氧沥青粘结层固化反应不完全,导致层间粘结力不足,引发层间脱空、铺装层鼓包等问题,在外界因素作用下,铺装层逐渐出现自上而下的裂缝;环氧沥青防水粘结层对桥面铺装整体的使用性能至关重要,施工及维修时应采用合理的措施确保防水粘结层的质量。Aiming at the crack diseases of epoxy asphalt steel bridge deck pavement,the cracking mechanism of Balinghe bridge epoxy asphalt steel bridge deck pavement is analyzed from macro and micro perspectives by field investigation and gel permeation chromatography analysis,and relevant suggestions are put forward for the construction,maintenance and repair of epoxy asphalt steel bridge deck pavement.The results show that the curing reaction of epoxy asphalt bonding layer in steel bridge deck pavement structure is incomplete,which leads to insufficient bonding force between layers and causes problems such as interlayer void and pavement bulge.Under the action of external factors,the pavement gradually appears cracks from top to bottom.Epoxy asphalt waterproof adhesive layer is very important to the overall performance of bridge deck pavement.Reasonable measures should be taken to ensure the quality of waterproof adhesive layer during construction and maintenance.
