护理风险管理在肿瘤患者术后护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究护理风险管理对肿瘤患者术后护理管理中的应用价值。方法:将我院2019年1月-2019年8月的60例肿瘤患者纳入研究范围,采用抽签的方法分为对照组和实验组都为30例,分别对这两组患者采用常规护理和风险管理的方式进行术后的护理干预。结果:与对照组患者相比较实验组患者的护理风险事件、焦虑水平和疼痛水平明显降低,而护理满意度和质量要提高。结论:护理风险管理的实施有利于改善肿瘤患者术后的护理质量,减少护理风险事件的发生。Objective:To study the application value of nursing risk management in postoperative nursing management of cancer patients.Methods:60 patients with tumors from January 20 to August 2019 in our hospital were included in the study.The method of drawing was divided into 30 cases in the control group and the experimental group.The two groups of patients were treated with routine nursing and risk management for postoperative nursing intervention.Results:Compared with the control group,the nursing risk events,anxiety levels and pain levels of the experimental group were significantly reduced,while the satisfaction and quality of nursing were improved.Conclusion:The implementation of nursing risk management is beneficial to improve the quality of postoperative care of patients with cancer and reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events.
