摘　　要：目的探讨机械辅助孵化和激光辅助孵化两种辅助孵化方法对冻融卵裂期胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析了自2016年1月~2018年12月在本院生殖中心卵裂胚玻璃化冷冻-复苏周期行辅助孵化治疗的672例患者,分成机械辅助孵化组和激光辅助孵化组,比较两组临床妊娠率和胚胎着床率。结果两组解冻后胚胎的复苏率、优胚率、移植胚胎数、着床率和流产率等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);激光组的临床妊娠率高于机械组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光对复苏后卵裂期胚胎进行辅助孵化的妊娠结局优于机械辅助孵化。Objective:To investigate the effect of two kinds of assisted hatching methods that mechanical assisted hatching and laser assisted hatching on pregnancy outcome of embryo transplantation in freeze-thaw cleavage stage.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 672 patients who underwent assisted hatching treatment in freeze-thaw cleavage stage in the reproductive center of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018.They were divided into mechanical assisted hatching group and laser assisted hatching group,and the clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate of the two groups were compared.Results:There were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of the survival rate,numbers of embryo,prime embryo rate,implantation rate and abortion rates between the two groups.The clinical pregnancy rate in the laser group was higher than that in the mechanical group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pregnancy outcome of laser assisted hatching of the freeze-thaw cleavage embryo is better than that of mechanical assisted hatching.
