摘 要:水平井出砂严重制约了油气田的正常开采,甚至会引发油井故障等一系列问题。目前常规冲砂技术--工具旋转射流冲砂对固定砂床清洗效果一般,为此,提出了工具内脉冲射流冲砂技术,并研制出了内脉冲射流工具。基于Eulerian两相流模型,建立了水平井段脉冲射流冲砂数值模型;对比分析了脉冲射流与旋转射流冲砂效果,并对射流频率、冲砂排量、砂床高度、砂粒直径等敏感性参数进行了分析。研究表明:内脉冲射流冲砂效率明显高于旋转射流冲砂,所需时间可缩短约37.5%;脉冲频率为0.71 Hz、砂床高度小于12.5 mm、砂粒直径小于0.8 mm时冲砂效率最优。预期后续可对内脉冲射流冲砂工具进行实验研究,数模计算结果对后续实验方案的建立具有指导意义。Sand production of horizontal well restricts the normal production of oil and gas fields seriously and even results in oil well failure and other accidents. At present, the sand washing based on tool swirling jet is the conventional sand washing technology,but its washing effect on fixed sand bed is not quite satisfying. In this regard, the in-tool pulsed jet sand washing technology was proposed and the internal pulsed jet tool was developed. Then, the numerical model for the pulsed jet sand washing of horizontal section was established based on Eulerian two-phase flow model. Finally, the sand washing effect of pulsed jet was compared with that of swirling jet, and the sensitivity parameters were analyzed, e.g. jet frequency, sand washing displacement, sand bed height and sand particle diameter. It is indicated that compared with the swirling jet, the sand washing efficiency of internal pulsed jet is much higher and the time consumption is 37.5% shorter. And the sand washing efficiency is optimal when the pulse frequency is 0.71 Hz, the sand bed height is less than 12.5 mm and the sand particle diameter is shorter than 0.8 mm. It is expected that experimental study can be carried out on the internal pulsed jet sand washing tool in the following step. The calculation results of numerical simulation can provide the guidance for the preparation of experimental scheme.
