手术室与供应室清洗器械一体化管理模式与应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术器械清洗中采用手术室与供应室一体化管理模式的应用效果。方法:选取医院手术器械和手术器械包各600件,采用数表法随机将其分为常规管理组和一体化管理组,每组手术器械和器械包各300件。常规管理组对手术器械和器械包进行常规消毒灭菌;一体化管理组对手术器械和器械包进行手术室与供应室清洗器械一体化管理。比较两组手术器械清洗合格率、手术器械包消毒合格率、器械数量准确率、器械功能完好率及患者切口感染发生率。对医护人员进行满意度问卷调查,评价对手术器械的满意度。结果:一体化管理组手术器械清洗合格率、器械包消毒合格率、器械数量准确率和器械功能完好率均高于常规管理组,切口感染率低于常规管理组,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=14.227,x^2=9.810,x^2=9.830,x^2=9.900,x^2=129.387;P<0.05);医生对一体化管理组手术器械总满意度高于常规管理组,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.000,P<0.05)。结论:手术室与供应室清洗器械一体化的应用,可有效提高手术器械清洗及手术器械包消毒合格率,实现器械数量准确及功能完好,减少患者切口感染率,增加医生满意度。Objective:To explore the application effects of integrated management model of operating room and supply room in cleaning surgical instrument.Methods:600 surgical instruments and surgical instrument bags of hospital were selected in the study and were randomly divided into conventional management group and integrated management group according to random number table,with 300 surgical instruments and 300 surgical instrument bags in each group.Conventional management group was implemented routine disinfection and sterilization for surgical instruments,and integrated management group was implement integrated management for cleaning instruments of operating room and supply room.The cleaning qualified rate of surgical instruments,sterilization qualified rate of surgical instruments bags,accuracy rate of instrument quantity,serviceability rate of instrument function,incidence of incision infection of patients were compared.And the questionnaire survey of satisfaction was implemented to medical staffs and the satisfactions of surgical instruments were evaluated.Results:The cleaning qualified rate of surgical instruments,sterilization qualified rate of surgical instruments bags,accuracy rate of instrument quantity,serviceability rate of instrument function of integrated management group were significantly higher than those of conventional management group,while the incidence of incision infection of integrated management group was significantly lower than that of conventional management group(x^2=14.227,x^2=9.810,x^2=9.830,x^2=9.900,x^2=129.387,P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the doctors for surgical instruments of integrated management group was significantly higher than those of conventional management group(x^2=5.000,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated instrument cleaning of operating room and supply room can effectively improve the cleaning qualified rate of surgical instruments and the sterilization qualified rate of surgical instrument bags,and can achieve the accuracy of instrument quantity and se
