摘  要:我国外科手术机器人研究取得了长足进展,骨科手术机器人和神经手术机器人已取得国内医疗器械注册证,多孔腹腔镜手术机器人已进入临床试验阶段,其他各类手术机器人取得了良好的进展。在应用方面,我国骨科和神经手术机器人主要以国产产品为主,腹腔镜手术机器人仍被达芬奇手术机器人垄断;在未来研发中,手术机器人将向着减少创伤、医信融合和智能远程等方向发展。未来我国手术机器人市场将进入快速增长阶段,应面向临床需求进一步增强自主创新能力,优化市场准入环境,加强对国产手术机器人的政策扶持,加快关键核心部件研发,促进手术机器人产业的跨越式发展,推动我国制造业迈向价值链的高端。China has made great progress in the research and development of surgical robot.Domestically developed orthopedically surgical robots and neurosurgical robots have obtained the registration certificates were issued by China Food and Drug Administration(CFDA).Laparoscopic surgical robots with multi-hole was developed by domestic companies have also entered the clinical trial stage,and other various types of surgical robots have also made great progress.In terms of application,the domestic markets of orthopedically surgical robots and neurosurgical robots are dominated by domestic products,while laparoscopic surgical robots are still monopolized by Da Vinci surgical robotic system.The research and development trends of surgical robots include wound reduction,fusion of medical device and information technique,artificial intelligence and remote control.Surgical robot market in China will grow even faster.And face clinical demands,the capacity of independent innovation needs to be further enhanced,and the admittance environment of market should be further optimized,and the policies support of domestically surgical robots should be strengthened,the research and development of key core component should be accelerated,so as to promote the leapfrogging development of surgical robot industry and upgrade the manufacturing industry to a higher end in the value chain.
