问题导向下被撤并乡镇骑岸镇发展策略研究

摘　　要：针对当前乡镇合并后被撤并乡镇面临的窘境,探讨被撤并乡镇的发展策略是论文研究的出发点与落脚点。结合现场调研与文献查阅的方法,依循"现状-问题-策略"的主线,分析了骑岸镇被撤并后的发展现状及主要问题;并以问题为导向,从目标定位、基础设施、历史文化、城镇化建设、农业发展、工业发展等六个方面提出骑岸镇的发展策略,实现骑岸镇的良性发展,以期为其他地区被撤并乡镇的发展提供借鉴。Aimed at the dilemma of current merged small towns faced after township merging,this paper has explored the development strategies for merged small towns. With field investigation and literatures review,we analyzed the current situation and main problems of Qi’an Town after being merged. Problem-oriented,we put forward some development strategies for Qi’an Town from target location,infrastructure,historical culture, urbanization construction,agricultural development and industrial development. It is also hoped that they are helpful for the development of other merged small towns.
