摘  要:在旅游管理专业的应用型人才培养与课程建设中,必须针对性地进行创新创业能力的训练和培育,才能够应对行业变化带来的巨大挑战。本文以《旅游市场营销》课程为例,通过课程改革路径研究和调查实践研究,基本确立并验证了"行业需求研判、学生需求调查、学习效果调查、教学反思推进"的改革路径和模式,同时进行了关于模块化课堂设计、教学方法和教学评价的思考,以期切实提升学生的创新意识和创业能力,同时为旅游管理的其他课程的改革提供依据和借鉴。In the training of applied talents and curriculum construction of tourism management specialty, students’ innovative and entrepreneurial abilities have to be cultivated in order to meet the huge challenges brought by the changes in the industry. Taking the course of Tourism Marketing as an example, this paper studies the path of curriculum reform, as well as the investigation and practical research. On this basis, this paper basically establishes and validates the reform path and mode of "industry demand judgment, student demand investigation, learning effect investigation, teaching reflection promotion". At the same time, this paper makes some reflections on modular classroom design, teaching methods and teaching evaluation. It is hoped that through these reflections, students’ innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability can be effectively enhanced. At the same time, it is expected that this paper will provide basis and reference for other courses of tourism management.
