摘 要:建立了同时测定水质中的二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸的离子色谱(ICS)方法.实验选用IonPacTMAS19阴离子交换分离柱,采用浓度梯度洗脱方法,考察了淋洗液浓度、柱温以及常规阴离子对样品的影响.实验结果表明,二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸的浓度在5-200μg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)均大于0.999,方法检出限(LOD)分别为1.35和4.50μg/L.加标回收率为90.1%-102.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.5%-8.9%.该方法简便、快速,检测结果准确可靠,用于实际水质样品的分析,所得结果令人满意.An analytical method based on ion chromatography (ICS) with conductivity detector was established for the simultaneous determination of dichloroacetic acid(DCAA) and trichloroacetic acid(TCAA) in water. An ion exchange column (IonPacTMAS19) and gradient elution were used to measure concentration of sample in water. The effects of the types of eluent gradational concentration, column temperature and conventional anions are investigated. The calibration curves of DCAA and TCAA showed good linearities in the ranges of5~200μg/L with correlation coefficients(r2) larger than 0.999.The limits of detection(LOD) were 1.3 and 4.50μg/L for DCAA and TCAA in water, respectively. The average recoveries of DCAA and TCAA at the spiked concentration levels were in the range of 90.1%-102.0% with relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 2.5%-8.9%. The method was suitable for the simultaneous determination of DCAA and TCAA in water with high accuracy, easy operation and good precision.
