摘 要:从1979年至今的40年是中国文化市场转型和发展的重要阶段。改革开放以来,中国文化体制逐步从计划经济体制下的文化事业体制向文化市场经济体制转变,有效推动了中国文化领域的对外开放,促进了中华文明与世界文明的交流互鉴。40年来,虽然文化市场的发展取得了不小的成就,但依然有很多不足,尤其是在科学技术突飞猛进的今天,更要求中国的文化市场坚持以开放为原则,深化体制改革,消除文化市场"二元结构",使未来的文化市场管理更适应数字时代文化市场发展需要。From 1979 to the present,it is an important stage in the transformation and development of the Chinese cultural market.Since China started its reform and opening-up,Chinese cultural system has gradually changed from a planned economic system to a market economic system.It has effectively promoted the opening up of Chinese culture and promoted the cultural exchanges and mutual learning.In the past 40 years,although the development of the cultural market has made great achievements,there are still many shortcomings.We must find the best way to advance structural reform,adhere to the opening of the cultural market and pay attention to the market changes brought about by digital technology.We must develop a future-oriented industry structure.We must capitalize on the historic opportunities brought by new technologies,industries and forms of business to foster an enabling market environment where innovation is respected,protected and encouraged.
