河南省大豆种业现状分析及发展建议

摘　　要：河南省作为夏大豆主产省份,在确保国家粮食安全方面要有新担当新作为。良种作为农业生产的源头,不仅是无可替代的基本生产资料,更是国家战略性、基础性核心产业,是保障我国粮食生产安全的根本。从源头上保障国家粮食安全,必须把良种牢牢攥在自己手中,才能让中国人的饭碗主要盛中国的粮食。通过对河南省大豆科研育种、利用现状、更新换代、审定改革以及发展限制因素进行分析,提出振兴河南省大豆种业发展建议。Henan Province is the main producer of summer soybean,and play an new role in ensuring national food security.Being the source of agricultural production,soybean varieties are not only the irreplaceable basic means of production,but also national strategic and basic core industry.And soybean varieties are the basis of ensuring the safety of food production in China.To ensure national food security from the source,we must attach importance to the good breed and let the Chinese race own the good breed.In this paper,the current situation of soybean breeding,utilization,replacement,certification reform and development constraints were analyzed,and the suggestions for the revitalization of soybean seed industry in Henan Province were put forward.
