心理弹性对IVF-ET孕妇妊娠压力与睡眠质量的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨体外受精—胚胎移植(IVF-ET)孕妇妊娠压力与睡眠质量的关系及其中介作用,为缓解孕妇压力,提高睡眠质量提供干预依据。方法采用中文简化版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、妊娠压力量表(PPS)、匹斯堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对184例IVF-ET孕妇进行问卷调查。结果心理弹性与妊娠压力呈显著负相关(r=-0.671,P<0.01),与睡眠质量总分呈显著负相关(r=-0.741,P<0.01),妊娠压力与睡眠质量总分及各因子得分呈正相关(r=0.758,P<0.05)。妊娠压力和心理弹性都对睡眠质量有预测作用,心理弹性在妊娠压力和睡眠质量之间存在中介效应。结论妊娠压力与心理弹性是影响IVF-ET孕妇睡眠质量的重要因素,心理弹性部分中介了妊娠压力对睡眠质量的影响。Objective To explore the relationship between pregnancy stress and sleep quality of pregnant women treated by IVF-ET and the mediating effect,provide a basis for relieving pressure and improving sleep quality.Methods CD-RISC,PPS,and PSQI were used to survey 184 pregnant women treated by IVF-ET.Results Psychological elasticity was significantly negatively correlated with pregnancy pressure(r=-0.671,P<0.01)and the total score of sleep quality(r=-0.741,P<0.01),pregnancy pressure was positively correlated with the total score of sleep quality and scores of sleep factors(r=0.758,P<0.05).Pregnancy stress and psychological elasticity had predictive effects on sleep quality.Psychological elasticity had mediating effect on pregnancy stress and sleep quality.Conclusion Pregnancy stress and psychological elasticity are important factors affecting sleep quality of pregnant women treated by IVFET,psychological elasticity mediates the influence of pregnancy stress on sleep quality partially.
