摘　　要：拳击比赛的规则变化对我国拳击运动的训练体系以及技能培养等带来了重要影响。本文运用文献资料法,录像观察法以及专家访谈法深入研究了规则变化后影响拳击项目的特点要素,并根据拳击规则的变化,研究出基本的体能训练和对战技术训练的要领。The change of the rules of boxing matches has brought important influence to the training system and skill training of boxing in our country.This paper uses the methods of literature,video observation and expert interview to study the characteristics of boxing project after the rule changes in depth,and according to the change of boxing rules,to study the basic physical training and technical training of combat.
