摘 要:通过对《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》新标准发布后历年大学生体质检测数据分析,以期为之后改善大学生身体健康和锻炼方式提供“精准锻炼”的思路和方法。方法:测试形态学、肺活量及其他身体素质指标。结果:1)大学生身体素质在各方面下降,且速率在提快;2)女生总体检测数据优于男生;3)力量素质是大学生(男生、女生)体质检测中最弱项目。结论与建议:从相关部门、高校考虑,最终提升大学生体质健康。Objective:through the analysis of the data of college students'physical fitness test in the past years after the release of the new National Standard for Students'Physical Health(revised in 2014),this paper aims to provide the ideas and methods of"precise exercise"for improving college students'physical health and exercise mode in the future.Methods:morphology,vital capacity and other physical fitness indicators were tested.Results:1)college students'physical fitness declined in all aspects,and the speed was increasing;2)the overall test data of female students were better than that of male students;3)strength quality was the weakest item in the physical fitness test of college students(male students,female students).Conclusion and suggestions:considering from relevant departments and universities,we can ultimately improve the physical health of college students.
