摘 要:目的:探讨循证护理基础上健康教育对肺癌化疗患者自我护理能力和负性情绪的影响。方法:选择2017年10月~2019年2月60例肺癌化疗患者并随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予肿瘤科常规健康教育,观察组则实施以循证护理为基础的健康教育,采用自我护理能力测量量表(ESCA)评价自我护理能力,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)负性情绪的变化情况。结果:护理后,观察组ESCA健康知识评分、自我概念评分、自护技能评分、自护责任感评分和自护总分及SAS评分、SDS评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以循证护理为基础的健康教育能提高肺癌化疗患者的自我护理能力,改善负性情绪。Objective : To explore the effect of health education on self-care ability and negative emotion in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy based on evidence based nursing. Methods : 60 patients with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy, selected from October 2017 to February2019, were randomly divided into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30), the control group was given routine health education, while observation group was given health education based on evidence based nursing, exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA) was used to evaluate the self-care ability, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depressive scale(SDS) were used to evaluate the change of negative emotion. Results :After nursing, the improvement of health knowledge, self-concept, self-care skills, self-care responsibility, total self-care scores and SAS, SDS score in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion : Health education based on evidence based nursing could improve self-care ability and negative emotion in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
