摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床效果。方法:选择2018年6月~2019年1月我院50例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者并随机分为干预组和对照组各25例,对照组采用手术室常规护理,干预组给予个性化健康宣教、心理护理、快速康复护理、并发症护理等综合护理,记录两组手术指标(术中出血量、手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间),比较两组焦虑情况(HAMA)和睡眠质量(PSQI)。结果:干预组术中出血量、手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);干预组HAMA评分、PSQI评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室实施综合护理干预能改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术指标,减轻焦虑水平,改善睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:50 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, selected from June 2018 to January 2019, were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=25) and the control group(n=25), the control group received routine nursing in the operating room, while intervention group was given comprehensive nursing such as individualized health education, psychological nursing, fast tract nursing and complication nursing. The operative indexes(intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time) were recorded and anxiety(HAMA) and sleep quality(PSQI) were compared. Results:The bleeding volume, operation time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of intervention group were significantly less than those of control group(P<0.05);the improvement of HAMA and PSQI scores in intervention group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in operating room could improve the operative indicators, alleviate anxiety level and sleep quality in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
