摘　　要：阿苯达唑片是国内使用较多的广谱驱虫药。《中华人民共和国兽药典》2015年版一部中记载了阿苯达唑片溶出度的测定方法。分别取1片~10片溶解在0.1 mol/L盐酸中,通过不同稀释步骤得到相同浓度的供试品溶液,用紫外分光光度法测定吸收值,但所得溶出度差异显著,且随着片数的增加呈现下降趋势。探讨阿苯达唑片的检测方法,对指导兽药检测从而控制药物质量具有重要意义。Albendazole tablets are widely used insect repellents in China. The dissolution of albendazole tablets was determined by UV spectrophotometry in a part of the Veterinary Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2015 edition). 1-10 tablets were dissolved in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid, and the same concentration of sample solution was obtained by different dilution steps. The absorption value was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,but the dissolution rate showed a significant difference and a downward trend with the increase of the number of tablets. The study on the determination method of albendazole tablets is of great significance to guide the detection of veterinary drugs and control the quality of drugs.
