中西医结合学术型研究生开设医学基本实验技能训练课程的探索与实践

摘　　要：中西医结合研究生培养作为医学研究生培养的重要组成部分,在医学教育研究领域占有重要地位。我校基于中西医结合研究生人才培养要求和课程体系特点,针对中西医结合学术型研究生开设医学基本实验技能训练课程。从课程内容设置、课程模式到考核方法、课程实践效果及课程评价进行了全新探索实践,以期提高研究生科研基本理论素养与科研能力,加强科研道德教育,探索出合理的中西医结合学术型研究生培养模式,切实提高中西医结合人才培养质量。As an important part of medical postgraduate education,the cultivation of postgraduates in specialty of integrating TCM and Western medicine plays an important role in the field of medical education research.The course of basic medical experimental skill training is offered to academic postgraduates in specialty of integrating TCM and Western medicine aiming at the requirements of talent training and curriculum system in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.A new exploration practice is carried out from course content setting,course mode,examination methods,course practical effect and course evaluation.It is expected to improve the basic theoretical literacy and scientific research ability,and strengthen scientific research ethics education in the postgraduates.A reasonable training mode for academic postgraduates in specialty of integrating TCM and Western medicine will be explored,and training quality will be promoted.
