摘 要:随着装备制造行业信息化系统建设开展,研制过程中产品数字化定义不统一,企业间数字化并行协同系统不能互联互通,这些问题已经成为行业信息化建设推进的严重阻碍。经分析,企业标准之间技术内容不协调是产生问题的原因,通过研究数字化定义数据集、基于模型的三维标注、三维骨架模型构建、模型成熟度定义及管理规定、数字化协同研制动态联邦构建、数字化协同研制平台构建与使用等关键技术,可解决产品模型的通用、项目研制协同管控存在的主要问题,进而提高整个装备制造行业的信息共享和业务协作能力。With the development of information system in equipment manufacturing industry,the definition of product digitalization is not uniform in the process of research and development,and the digital parallel cooperative system among enterprises is not connective and interoperable.These problems have become serious obstacles to the advancement of industry information construction.Based on the analysis,the inconsistency of technical content among enterprise standards is the cause of the problem.By studying the key technologies such as digital definition data set,model-based three-dimensional annotation,three-dimensional skeleton model construction,model maturity definition and management regulations,dynamic federation construction of digital collaborative development,construction and use of digital collaborative development platform,the main problems of the generalization of product models,collaborative management and control of project development can be solved,thus the information sharing and business collaboration ability of the whole equipment manufacturing industry can be improved.
