摘　　要：皮带是大颗粒造粒过程中关键设备,由于皮带硫化接头问题常出现各种故障,影响了大颗粒平时的正常运行。本文对皮带硫化接头出现的问题提出解决方法并予以改善硫化方法,为装置平稳优运行提供了更好的保证。Belt is the key equipment in the process of large particle granulation.Due to the problem of belt vulcanizing joint,various failures often occur,which affects the normal operation of the granulation equipment.In this paper,the solution to the problem of the belt vulcanizing joint is proposed and the vulcanization method is improved,which provides a better guarantee for the smooth and excellent operation of the unit.
