摘  要:以苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙酯(AAEM)为功能性单体,正十二烷基硫醇(NDM)为链转移试剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,通过种子乳液聚合,制备出一种自交联型丙烯酸乳胶。结果表明,当单体种子用量为4%、聚合物设计Tg为30℃、AA用量为3%、NDM用量为1%以及AAEM用量为1%时,将此自交联乳胶配制成水性上光油,并用于纸张印刷上光,其涂层具有光泽度高、饱满度高、耐水性能好和附着力优异等优点。The styrene(St),methyl methacrylate(MMA)and butyl acrylate(BA)is used as the main monomer,the acrylic acid(AA),2-(acetyl acetoxy)ethyl methacrylate(AAEM)is used as the functional monomer,the n-dodecyl mercaptan(NDM)is used as the chain transfer reagent,and the ammonium persulfate(APS)is used as the initiator to synthesize a self-crosslinking acrylic latex by seed emulsion polymerization.The result show that the self-crosslinking latex which is synthesized under the conditions that the amount of the designed seed emulsion is 4%,the Tg is 30℃,the amount of AA,NDM and AAEM is 3%,1%and 1%respectively,is formulated into a waterborne glazing oil,which is used for paper printing.And the emulsion film has the advantages of high gloss,high fullness,good water resistance and adhesion.
