摘  要:制备了一种室温下为半固态的聚砜改性双酚A型氰酸酯预聚体。采用红外(FTIR)测试确定了其氰酸酯单体转化率为47.06%;采用差式扫描量热法(DSC),分析了其在不同催化剂含量下的固化过程,计算出催化剂含量为1%和7%时,各固化动力学参数分别是:表观活化能79.42kJ/mol和70.43kJ/mol、指前因子1.09×10^7和5.17×10^7、反应级数0.976和0.978;以外推法为基础确定体系的固化工艺为123℃/3h(催化剂含量1%)和1(催化剂含量7%)。A polysulfone modified bisphenol A type cyanate prepolymer is prepared which is in a state of semi-solid at room temperature.The conversion rate of cyanate monomer is 47.06%which is confirmed with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis;The curing processes catalyzed with catalysts of different contents are investigated with differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that when the catalyst content is 1%and 7%,the apparent activation energy is 79.42kJ·mol^-1 and 70.43kJ·mol^-1 respectively;the pre-exponential factor is 1.1×10^7 and 5.2×10^7 respectively and the reaction order is 0.976 and 0.987 respectively.And the curing process is confirmed by extrapolation which is 195°C/3h(catalyst content is 1%)or 123℃/3h(catalyst content is 7%).
