摘 要:基于绿色供应链理念,针对交货数量不确定条件下装备制造企业的绿色供应商选择与订货量分配问题,以采购成本、环境效益及产品拖期程度为准则,构建了考虑生产物料齐套要求和最小加工批量约束的随机整数规划模型;借助引入的二进制变量,将模糊的随机整数规划模型转化为清晰的多目标混合整数规划模型;进而结合缩小求解空间的思想,运用两阶段启发式算法对所建模型进行求解。算例验证结果表明,将随机整数规划模型应用于装备制造业绿色供应商选择具有较强的可行性和有效性。Based on the concept of green supply chain and to address the issues of green supplier selection and order-quantity distribution of equipment manufacturing enterprises under the condition of uncertain delivery quantity,a stochastic integer programming model taking purchasing cost, environmental benefits and product tardiness degree as criteria is established,which takes the completeness requirement of production materials and the constraints of minimum processing batch into account.Furthermore, based on the introduced binary variables, the fuzzy stochastic integer programming model is converted into a clear multi-objective mixed integer programming model.Additionally, a two-stage heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve the model by integrating the idea of reducing solution space.Finally, a numerical example shows that the stochastic integer programming model is of great practical value for green supplier selection of equipment manufacturing enterprises.
