摘  要:机场安检工作人员有着独有的1天2班制的排班模式,通过统计深圳机场连续9天各个时间段安检放行人数,运用排队论和整数规划对该机场现有模式进行分析,得出安检人力资源在满足高峰期需求的情况下,非高峰期存在人力资源大量浪费。在此基础上对单一的1天2班制的排班方式进行优化,将1天2班制和每天工作8小时的上班模式结合起来,提出了一种新的混合排班方式。分析对比两种排班方式,得出混合排班方式相对单一的1天2班制的排班方式既满足了旅客安检的需求,也节约了人力资源。Airport security staff has a unique two-teams-one-day schedule mode.After counting the number of security release in Shenzhen airport for 9 consecutive days and analyzing the existing work pattern of this airport according to the queuing theory and integer programming,it is concluded that there is a huge waste of human resources in the non-peak hour though the demand in the peak hour is satisfied.On that basis,the simple two-teams-one-day scheduling model is optimized,and it is proposed to mix the above pattern with a normal working pattern of 8 hours a day for dynamic arrangements.Based on the analysis and comparison of both scheduling models,it is concluded that the relatively simple two-teams-one-day scheduling model satisfies the needs of passenger security screening and saves the human resources.
