摘 要:传统水泵水轮机设计方法设计周期长、成本高,且十分依赖于设计经验。为此,介绍了一套适用于水泵水轮机设计的多目标优化设计系统,利用该优化设计系统,以叶片载荷和叶片倾角为优化变量,以水泵额定工况点的机组效率、水泵空化性能、水轮机额定工况点的机组效率及水轮机最优工况机组效率为优化目标,对某抽水蓄能电站的水泵水轮机转轮进行了优化设计,得到了优化转轮。结果表明,该系统非常适用于转轮多目标开发设计,相比于初始转轮,优化后转轮4个优化目标均得到不同程度的提升;在水轮机额定工况下转轮流线分布明显改善,有效提高了转轮叶片最低压力值。The traditional design method of pump-turbine runner has some shortcomings,such as time consuming,high cost and depending on the experience.In this paper,a multi-objective optimization design system for pump-turbine runner is introduced.The optimized pump-turbine runner is designed with the system by selecting the blade loading and dip angle as variables and the efficiencies under the rated condition of pump mode and turbine mode,the efficiency under the optimal condition of turbine mode and the cavitation performance as optimization targets.The results show that all the optimization targets are improved compared to the initial runner.The streamline distribution of runner at the rated condition of turbine mode is obviously improved,and the low pressure area of the runner is increased effectively.
