摘  要:采用ANSYS有限元软件建立不同体型的垫层蜗壳结构,计算对比座环水平面的不平衡水推力受垫层参数的影响特性,分析表明垫层蜗壳座环水平面不平衡水推力存在特殊性质,即在垫层变形模量与垫层厚度比值达到某一数值时,垫层蜗向包角135°~180°时的座环水流向不平衡水推力绝对值不再是最大值,垫层蜗向全包时座环水平不平衡水推合力也不再是最小值,垫层蜗向铺设至270°之后不一定有利于减少座环水平不平衡水推力。垫层铺设至蜗向270°以后是否有利于减少座环水平面不平衡水推力取决于垫层参数对座环水平不平衡水推力的影响力及蜗向270°以后的垫层铺设范围。ANSYS software is used to establish different types of cushion spiral case,and the influence of the cushion parameters on the unbalanced hydraulic thrust of stay ring of spiral case is analyzed.There are special characteristics for the unbalanced hydraulic thrust of cushion spiral case in the horizontal plane.When the ratio of deformation modulus to the thickness of the cushion reaches a certain value,the unbalanced hydraulic thrust absolute value of the water flow at 135°-180°wrap angle is no longer the maximum value,and the unbalanced hydraulic thrust total value of stay ring is no longer the minimum value when the cushion layer is completely wrapped.Whether the cushion laying after 270°wrap angle is helpful to reduce the unbalanced water thrust of the stay ring depends on the influence of the cushion parameters on the horizontal unbalanced hydraulic thrust of stay ring and the cushion laying range after 270°wrap angle.
