广西贵港市2007—2017年HIV阳性暗娼和艾滋病病例时空流行特征研究

摘　　要：目的分析广西贵港市2007-2017年阳性暗娼和艾滋病疫情报告时空流行特征,为今后贵港市艾滋病的防控提供科学的依据。方法以乡镇为单位,采用ArcGIS10.2进行时空流行病学特征分析。结果2015年贵港市HIV阳性暗娼的报告发病存在空间聚集性(P<0.05),而2007、2009、2010、2011、2013年艾滋病的报告病例存在空间聚集性(P<0.05)。GIS地图显示艾滋病病例大部分集中在贵港市的东北部,其次是西部、西南部乡镇或街道,与HIV阳性暗娼的热点分布基本一致,从方向分布(标准差椭圆)分析显示艾滋病疫情报告发病情况的范围与阳性暗娼发现情况基本一致。结论贵港市艾滋病病例报告、HIV阳性暗娼的空间分布存在热点区域,热点分布基本一致,应以此为指导确定贵港市艾滋病的重点防控人群、区域、时间,合理配置资源,制定区域化防控措施。Objective Analysis of temporal and spatial epidemiological characteristics of HIV positive prostitutes and AIDS epidemic reports in Guigang City,Guangxi,from 2007 to 2017,and providing scientific basis for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in future.Methods The township as a unit,ArcGIS10.2 was used analysis of epidemiological characteristics of time and space.Results The global autocorrelation showed that the incidence of prostitutes existed spatial aggregation in 2015 and HIV/AIDS in 2007,2009,2010,2011,2013(P<0.05).GIS map showed that the majority of HIV/AIDS in Guigang City from 2007 to 2017 was in the northeast,followed by the western and southwest.The hotspot distribution was basically consistent with that of positive prostitutes.Analysis from the direction distribution(standard deviation ellipse)showed that the scope of reported incidence of AIDS epidemic was basically consistent with that of positive prostitutes.Conclusion There are hot spots in the spatial distribution of AIDS reports and positive prostitutes in Guigang.The hotspot distribution is consistent.The key prevention and control people,area and time of HIV/AIDS should be confirmed according to the findings in Guigang,and rational resource allocation and regional prevention and control measures were put forward.
