摘 要:实验采用ZT-50-20真空碳管烧结炉对包头白云鄂博矿含铌铁矿粉进行铝热还原实验制备铌铁合金,前期对含铌铁矿粉进行氢气还原和渣金熔分实验,对铁矿粉硫、磷等杂质进行脱除,实现对铝热还原原料所需富铌渣的制取。在本实验探究范围内,选择1500℃、1550℃和1600℃三种温度,碱度1.0以及保温时间25 min分别进行铝热还原实验,对铌铁合金进行ICP检测分析。实验结果表明,1550℃时,在实验量100 g且平均含有1.88 g铌的富铌渣中,还原成铌铁合金的质量为20.2374 g,其中铌的质量为1.48 g,铌的收得率为78.8%,收得效果最好。By using Aluminothermic reduction on ZT-50-20 vacuum carbon tube sintering furnace,the ferroniobium alloys were prepared from niobium(Nb)-contained iron ore fines of Baotou Baiyunobo Deposit.In the previous stage of experiments,the Nb-contained iron ore fines were subjected to the hydrogen reduction and slag-metal smelting separation and the removals of impurities such as Si,P,etc.,so as to have implemented the preparation of the Nb-enriched slag as a raw material for aluminum-thermal reduction processing.In this experiment,the threekind temperatures 1500℃,1550℃ and 1600℃,the alkalinity 1.0 and the holding time 25min were respectively taken for aluminothermic reduction,and the ICP analysis was carried out on the ferroniobium alloys.The experimental results show that:under the thermal reduction at 1550℃ for the 1.88g Nb-enriched slag in a total tested mass of 100g,it is obtainable that the ferroniobium alloys reduced are up to a mass of 20.2374g,in which,the niobium mass is 1.48g.Therefore,it is the best effect that the yield for niobium is 78.8%.
