摘 要:目的了解昆明市饮用水中药品及个人护理品等潜在污染物的污染状况。方法2016年、2017年分别采集昆明市5个水厂的水源水、出厂水和末梢水,并运送到中国疾控环境所开展检测。结果5个水厂两年共采集水样30个,每个水样检测57项指标,PPCPs总检出率为16.20%(277/1710),浓度在ng/L水平,浓度范围介于未检出~288.753 ng/L。各类指标检出率由高到低依次为:大环内酯类、其他类药品及日化产品、磺胺类、林可酰胺类、头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、青霉素类、四环素类;单项指标检出率排前3位的是咖啡因、罗红霉素、磺胺甲恶唑,检出率分别为93.33%、86.67%、53.33%;经卡方检验,水源水、出厂水和末梢水的检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.417,P<0.001),水源水的检出率高于出厂水和末梢水;枯水期与丰水期检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=53.078,P<0.001),丰水期检出率高于枯水期。结论PPCPs在昆明市5个水厂饮用水中广泛存在,检出的物质种类多,但浓度水平相对较低。Objective To understand the contamination status of potential pollutants such as medicines and personal care products in drinking water in Kunming.Methods In 2016 and 2017,the source water,effluent water and peripheral water of five water plants in Kunming were collected and transported to the China Institute for Disease Control and Environment for testing.Results A total of 30 water samples were collected from 5 water plants,and 57 indicators were detected in each water sample,and the total detection rate of PPCPs was 16.20%(277/1710).The concentration of PPCPs was in ng/L level,ranging from undetected to 288.753 ng/L.The detection rates of various indicators from high to low were:macrolides,other drugs and daily chemical products,sulfonamides,lincosamides,cephalosporins,quinolones,penicillins and tetracyclines.The detection rates of caffeine,roxithromycin and sulfamethoxazole were the top three,with 93.33%,86.67%and 53.33%,respectively.Chi-square test showed that the detection rates of source water,effluent water and peripheral water were significantly different(χ2=18.417,P<0.001).The detection rate of source water was higher than that of effluent water and peripheral water.There was significant difference in detection rate between dry season and flood season(χ2=53.078,P<0.001).The detection rate in flood season was higher than that in the dry season.Conclusion PPCPs are ubiquitous in drinking water of five water plants in Kunming City.There are many kinds of substances detected,but the concentration level is relatively low.
