摘  要:文章根据非期望产出SBM-Undesirable模型测算绿色全要素能源效率,运用Malmquist-Luenberger生产率指数模型测度了技术进步水平。研究了技术进步及其代理变量对绿色全要素能源效率的影响。结果表明,绿色全要素能源效率存在正的空间相关性,技术进步的直接效应促进了区域内绿色全要素能源效率的提升,而其间接效应却阻碍了临近区域绿色全要素能源效率的提高。能源效率变化(EC)和能源技术变化(TC)对绿色全要素能源效率的总效应均显著为正。对外贸易和对外开放程度对绿色全要素能源效率在区域间均具有负向溢出效应。According to the unexpected output SBM-Undesirable model, this paper measures the total factor green energy efficiency, and uses the Malmquist productivity-Luenberger index model to measure the level of technological progress. The paper also makes a study on the influence of technological progress and its proxy variables on green total factor energy efficiency. The results show that green total factor energy efficiency has positive spatial correlation, and the direct effect of technological progress promotes the improvement of green total factor energy efficiency in the region, while its indirect effect hinders the improvement of green total factor energy efficiency in adjacent areas. The total effect of energy efficiency change(EC) and energy technology change(TC) on green total factor energy efficiency is significantly positive. Foreign trade and openness to the outside world have negative spillover effects on green total factor energy efficiency.
