摘 要:在我国,获得国家人才项目成为识别学术精英的标志。对15个高水平生物学院429名青年教师的研究发现,h指数、学术志业观、学术事业观、性别、导师身份、境外博士后科研经历是影响人才项目获得的主要因素。总体而言,青年学术精英选拔遵循业绩取向的普遍主义原则,但也存在着偏好男性、院士导师干预人才项目评审的特殊主义效应。A variety of national talent projects set up by the Chinese government dominates the stratification of the academic system, and the identification of academic elites is in fact translated into the acquisition of talent projects. The investigation of 429 young faculties in 15 high-level biology departments found that h-index, academic calling orientation, academic career orientation, gender, doctoral supervisor’s elite status, and overseas postdoctoral experience are the main influencing factors for talent projects acquisition. Totally speaking, the making of the young academic elites follows the principle of universalism, but there also exists particularism principle that male faculties are more likely to become academic elite than female faculties and Academician doctoral supervisors intervene in the evaluation of talent projects.
