摘　　要：为了调整产品结构、发展特种水溶肥磷酸二氢钾,云南云天化股份有限公司对原3.5万t/a氟硅酸钠装置进行技术改造,建成了1套5万t/a中和法磷酸二氢钾装置。装置以w(H3PO4) 75%的净化湿法磷酸和w(KOH)48%的KOH溶液为原料,采用连续法结晶工艺生产磷酸二氢钾。主要介绍了实验室小试研究、中试试验评价、技术改造3个阶段的主要情况,所得产品满足工业级磷酸二氢钾标准HG/T 4511-2013优等品质量要求,总磷收率大于98%,总钾收率大于98%,形成了净化湿法磷酸连续法生产磷酸二氢钾全套工艺及装备技术。In order to adjust product structure and develop special water-soluble fertilizer MKP,the original 35 kt/a sodium fluorosilicate device of Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. is transformed to a set of 50 kt/a neutralization MKP device. Continuous crystallization process is used to produce MKP by this device with 75% H3PO4 and 48%KOH as raw materials. Laboratory research, pilot scale evaluation, and technical transformation are introduced. The products meet the quality requirements of excellent product of industrial grade MKP standard HG/T 4511-2013,the total phosphorus yield and total potassium yield is greater than 98%. The whole process and equipment technology of continuous producing MKP from purified WPA are formed.
