摘　　要：介绍一种强力混合机生产聚氨酯包膜尿素的工艺,主要包括工艺流程、主要技术指标优化、产品质量和成本等。与传统的滚筒、流化床聚氨酯包膜尿素生产工艺相比,强力混合机包膜工艺具有成本低、包膜效果好等优势,其产品的养分释放曲线呈"S"型,更符合作物的养分需求。The production process of PCU by intensive mixer is introduced, including process flow, the optimization of main technical indexes, product quality and cost. Compared with the traditional production process of cylinder and fluidized bed, PCU produced by intensive mixer process has advantages of low cost and good coating effect, and its "S" type nutrient release curve is more in line with the nutrient demand of crops.
