摘　　要：介绍了组合式3D RGB LED光立方的制作方法,包括3D RGB LED光立方的电路组成,以及光立方焊接模具、光立方底座、PCB板的设计与制作。实现了焊接后的行列间距一致、大小一致、通透性强、方便组合成不同体积的光立方。This paper introduces the fabrication method of combined 3D RGB LED light cube,includes 3D RGB LED light cubic circuit composition,cubic welding mold design and production,light cube pedestal design and production,PCB design and production.Light cubes which have the same spacing of the row and column after welding,the same size,strong permeability and convenient combination are realized.
